The AFML-2CF is a femtosecond mode-locked laser system, with an output power of several watts. It delivers pulses in free-space with excellent beam quality. The system exhibits outstanding stability in diverse environmental conditions and needs no maintenance. Additionally, it provides pulses with a peak power of around 1 megawatt. Our patented Figure-8 technology ensures reliable and consistent mode-locking, ideal for long-term stable operation in challenging environments.
Typical M2 value is less than 1.1 and PER >20 dB
The laser's Figure-8 design contributes to its extremely extended lifespan, ensuring reliable and cost-effective long-term operation
The Figure-8 fiber laser design ensures low amplitude and phase noise, resulting in superior stability and performance
A dispersion compensator in a femtosecond laser corrects temporal pulse broadening, ensuring the highest intensity ultrafast pulse delivery
The AFML-2F is designed for applications in life science, multi-photon microscopy, neuroscience, and cancer research. The pulses can be pre-chirped with a dispersion compensator to achieve their minimum width at the intended target sample. Additionally, an Acousto-Optic Modulator (AOM) can be integrated into the laser system to regulate its repetition rate.
