VERSA2 Single Box Solutions

The VERSA2 Series provides a combination of transport solutions including wavelength conversion, amplification, and dispersion compensation, in a small 1U footprint. The product selection is based on the overall system reach, capacity, availability, and budget requirements.

Designed to minimize space and power consumption, the VERSA2 Series provides a cost-effective solution for Long-reach OPGW, Oil and Gas, Private networks, SCADA and Telemetry transport.

Solutions are available for data rates from 155 Mbps to 10 Gb/s in SDH or GbE (MPLS) protocols as required.

The VERSA2 can be used as a standalone, network-ready telecom solution or in combination with the MPBC 2RU product family. The equipment integrates easily with 3rd party equipment suppliers to extend the capacity and/or reach of fiber optic systems without the use of repeaters.
